All mugs are carefully inspected for any defects before shipping; and shipped box inside a box.

All sales are final. No returns… unless damaged by the shipping company. In that case, please provide photos of the original shipping box to document the damage. It shouldn’t be an issue because we pack extremely well, but hey, you never know.
